Shipping:

Shipping is offered based on weight and first class service. A flat rate of $5.90 is also offered as priority. Shipping can be anywhere in the United States. We only ship within the U.S.A. Orders are usually shipped within one to two business days.

All orders over $80 will receive   FREE shipping !

Warranty / Refunds / Exchange

All starter kits and parts (less individual atomizer devices) have a 14 day guarentee against manufacturing defects. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase as shown on an invoice or receipt presented by the customer. Defective parts must be returned before replacement. Defective items will be repaired or fully replaced and shipped back to the customer at our expense. If you are not happy with your electronic cigarette kit or part(s), contact us for return shipping information.

The lifespan of atomizer devices such as V2's, V3's, cartomizers, etc... are dependant upon proper usage, thus guarenteed DOA only.

eLiquid: We can not / do not exchangee nor accept returns on eLiquid. If you are unsure of your taste preference please consider a sample pack.

Cancellation
