With the most recent COVID-19 relief bill signed into law on December 27, 2020, Congress amended the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking [PACT Act] to apply to e-cigarettes and all vaping products.

With the amended PACT ACT, we no longer will have the ability to ship our products to our customers via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL as these products will be banned from shipment. These shippers will no longer handle ENDS products related to vaping. With the new bill all vaping companies are forced to find other shipping routes such as independent carriers. With independent carriers the shipping cost dramatically increase plus the shipper must meet a certain amount of shipments and restrictions on these shipments to qualify for the service. Part of the PACT act is verification of age during delivery also reporting all shipment to the ATF (Customers Name, Age Address, Phone Number, Email Address, and what products were shipped to them). Which to our company is a confidentiality violation!

We would like to thank all our web customer that have been with us since we started our website in AUGUST 2011. It has been a wonderful ten years and our customers are family to us. This is heart breaking for us especially since as vapers we know this product has literally changed our lives and many others for the better, but our US government does not care.

We urge our web customers not to give up vaping and do not go back to cigarettes. Please support the nearest vape shop, as retail shops seem to be safe at this moment. There may be a few hiccups with shipping as Business-to-Business Sales Continue, but we shall get through this like all the other regulation they have through upon us.
